All payments—including deposits, trials, events, coaching or course payments —are non-refundable.
Firstly, we don't sell socks.
We sell online coaching and trainings, that are founded in over 20-years of our collective knowledge, experience and time. And tens of thousands of dollars in our own training and development (each year). Plus this is executed and delivered to you with an unusually high level of our hands-on help, time and energy.
And none of these things can be returned.
Secondly, and more importantly, we know from personal experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts.
How the person that got you stuck in ther first place still messes with your head and try to talk you “back into your comfort zone” (where you’re safe from challenge and also safe from massive growth)
And at the end of the day, if you’re looking for an excuse then you’ll tend to find one and it’s easier sometimes to go backwards than forwards. We do not accept this and we will do everything to get you moving forwards whilst your under our support.
So this policy is here to make sure we do the very thing you are paying us to do.
We are helping you to keep your commitments by holding firm our resolve and saying, “No. There is always a way and let’s find it together.”
And life is a mirror. If you search for excuses and refunds, then you will attract clients who search for excuses and refunds. Again, being strong with you on this we help you attract your dream clients.
Respect your commitments. Respect ours.

We are (as you likely are of your business) extremely proud of the value and quality of our programs, courses, and products. We've poured our souls, blood, sweat and tears into them. We don’t just teach this stuff, we actually do it, in the trenches in the market place day after day.
What we are trying to say is that we have done the work, but at the end of the day the results you get are always going to be up to you. Up to whether you commit, you show up fully and you do the work.
